Lehman’s Mill Road Stream Bank Stabilization – Stabilization of eroding stream banks along Antietam Creek, removal of trees, placement of rip-rap and class II rip rap, road pavement (full depth), installation of traffic barrier, and embankment stabilization with grasses, live stakes, fascines, and trees.
