Even though summer is over, construction projects are still available for bid.

Tree and Wetland Planting Enhancement at Various Locations in District 5 – The work involves the install and establishment of trees at 32 different locations throughout Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s county.  Pre-Bid will be held Friday Oct. 9th 2009 @ 10 am  at the State Highway Adminstration Maintainence Shopin Glen Burnie, MD – 910 Stewart Ave. , Glen Burnie, MD 21061.

Here are a few projects that are out for bid.

1. City of Rockville, MD – Stormwater management project as well as

2. Washington International Airport – Thurgood Marshall -Snow Removal

3. State Police – Ground Maintenace  for Glen Burnie State Highway Facility.  Maintenance includes grass cutting and snow removal. This is a 3 yr. contract.

Although the temperature is breaking well over 90 degrees right now and the last thing on contractors minds is snow removal.  However, now is the time when contracts are available for bid.  The projects range from small parking lot contracts that are contracted by the state to Airport contracts, parking lots for mass transit, and much more!

There is no time to delay so I strongly urge anyone who is looking to be appart of these project to contact me ASAP!

1. Charles Town, WV – Subcontractor Bids are being accepted for the construction of the New Jefferson County Elementry School.  Bids are due 6-25-09 so act fast if you are interested.

2. Jackson Park Sitework – Baltimore County, MD   This is a park that is going to have extensive site work done to it. The work includes the construction of storm drains, parking, pavilions, a storage building, 2 athletic fields  and general .  Excavating Companies with a light building background  – This would be a great project for you.
